The Avenue of the Arts is a strip of Philadelphia that consists of many cultural institutions. Both the museum and theatre districts are located on the Avenue. It has some of the best galleries, concert halls and restaurants in the city. The Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts is the oldest art school and museum in America.
