Are you ready for it? We can help! Invest in your future by spending time with us. We offer a comprehensive course to prepare you for the State of Illinois Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Exam. This state-mandated class is taught by professionals who are currently involved in the everyday dealings of the real estate business. Ron Hansen, the head of the school, is a real estate broker with over 30 years experience. He is joined in the teaching duties by two licensed attorneys, Elka Nelson and Thea Pazen. These instructors have a hands-on attitude and are ready with the most up-to-date information you need in order to be prepared for the state exam. If you’re looking for flexibility, we have it. Our classes meet two nights a week. You can choose between a class that takes place on Monday and Wednesday nights, or you can attend the class that meets Tuesday and Thursday nights. In either case, the class time is from 6:45-9:45 pm. This 45-hour course takes 7 ½ weeks to complete and costs $275, which includes the textbook. These classes fill up fast, so register early!
